Upon ordering, you are agreeing to my terms and conditions and have thoroughly read through the Shipping/Returns/Policies page.
I am not responsible for incorrect input of personal information (address, payment method, credit card info, name, email, etc.).
Where do I ship to?
I ship free to the USA. *This excludes mouse pads.
For international customers, I ship to Australia, Asia, Canada, Central America, the EU, Germany, and the UK.
Mouse pads ship to the USA, Canada, the UK, and Australia.
I do not accept refunds. ALL sales are final. If there is an issue with your order(package sent back to sender, damaged items, etc.) please contact me at [email protected] .
Shipping & Processing
Please allow approximately 2-14 days for processing and 2-7 days(holidays, weather, global pandemics, and where you live effect how long delivery takes) for domestic orders and 2-14 days for International orders to be delivered unless you pick faster shipping. Preorders take approximately 4-6 weeks to process after closing. These are estimated times and do not guarentee when your package will be delivered. I am not responsible for any lost packages. If your package was lost, you need to contact your local post office and/or police station.
If your package is damaged by your post office, please contact them to discuss the damages of your package.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, YOU are responsible for re-paying for shipping and handling fees. I am NOT responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Refunds/Returns
All sales are final. If an order is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact me AND your local post office or police station. Most items I sell are stickers, so for this reason, refunds are not accepted and all sales are final. Thank you for understanding.
International Shipping
International customers, upon purchasing, are required to pay any tariffs, taxes, or related fees for their packages. Failure to pay these fees with packages sent back to me will result in NO REFUNDS OR REIMBURSEMENT OF ANY KIND. NO exceptions.
